Piotr Świderski - Photography

Piotr Świderski, year ′82. I′m a historian by trade and my hobby is photograph- documentary film- making. I want to show a real life, people and their surrounding. I′m an enthusiast of reportage, documentary and environmental portrait as well as landscape with lots of living space and ″air ″. I move with my camera on the north- east territory of Poland and look for faces, small churches or wooden statues. When I take photographs of villages, I look for pictures from my past. I force the city noise to stop on my frame. Since some years I have realized a bigger project ″Hissings′portraits″ and some smaller ideas. I′m an independent hobbyist. I use only analogue equipment and in spite of the opinion that the most important is the effect, that means the photograph, I prefer the recording on celluloid tape to the binary one. I consider that the first one is good passed to my pictures and is much more pleasing.
